IN THE MORNING AND EVENING, WE HAVE A CO-CREATED PROGRAM TO LEARN MORE ABOUT EACH OTHER AND OURSELVES. IN THE AFTERNOON EVERYONE HAS TIME TO WORK, SOCIALIZE OR HAVE FUN. We believe that each experience gets better if it’s not forced but organized together. That’s why our lineup is always co-created by all the participants. There’s always much space for meaningful communication — both face to face and in a group. Just imagine: yoga or jogging in the morning, TED lectures in the evening, and on Saturdays — hiking together or crazy surfing. Be sure that during a Caravan retreat you’ll take part in a dozen unforgettable events. |
Each day is unique as well as every two-week Caravansary stay. Our two facilitators will take care about the schedule to match it with everyone.

What to expect
WHO CARAVANERS ARE
Caravansary is people. Our retreats are made up of remote workers, freelancers and enterpreneurs from all over the world who passed an online interview with members of our team. It means that in a 2-week retreat you will meet 8−12 people with the same values and outlook. The age is usually from 25 to 35. We don’t limit any professions, from IT to any creative once. Bright eyes, open hearts and positive jokes are always here!

Our house is located in Peniche near one of the most popular spots for surfing — Supertubos. It will bring joy and inspiration both to freshmen and experienced surfers.
There are many kinds of seafood and fresh fruits, plenty of Vigna Verde, flavored Brazilian coffee, and local cuisine with lots of veg dishes.
Nature is also unique here: there are giant waves, rocky beaches, and America beyond the ocean.

It’s near the legendary surfing spot Supertubos in the small town of Peniche. There is a convenient kitchen, 1 bathroom for 2 rooms with everything you need, a garden with BBQ and a cozy terrace for enjoying dawns. You can work in the house from a nice living room, the terrace, or the yard.
There are many cafes, bars, and restaurants nearby. You can work or dine there. Try the seafood that Peniche is famous for — and don’t forget about its best beaches in Portugal.

How to go on a trip?
- Apply here and choose your time for a short interview (yeah, it's like coffee talk online, getting to know each other better)
- Come to an interview (you don't need to prepare, it's just casual talk about you, about us, we basically check the vibe)
- Book a place by paying 30% of the price
- Arrive in Bali and enjoy!

- your new house for 14 days (13 nights) in a villa, room category is a subject of your choice
- co-working space with WiFi so that you can be productive at work

- one welcome dinner together arranged by our facilitators
- guide with places recommended for visiting and support of our facilitators during
- air tickets and transfer to the Caravan site. Choose a variant that suits you the most!
- food. Some people like delivery, some cook meals themselves, some prefer restaurants. In our experience, caravaners mostly cook dinners together. Depending on your preferences, you can prepare 200−400 € for food for 2 weeks

- 1 month before the Caravan — 100% prepayment return / an opportunity to use the prepayment for another retreat later

- less than 2 weeks before the Caravan — we don’t return the prepayment because we can’t find another new participant

Yes. We build a program together depending on the needs and schedules of participants. But if you need more free time, we’ll find it for you.
Our community is made of open people looking for meaningful connections, interested in various activities and spheres of life, and keen on adventures. These people are ready to share their experiences and take an active part in events — IT specialists, bloggers, experts, artists, designers, psychologists, and many others. Each Caravan is unique because of the people who join it.
Accommodation for 2 weeks, the first common dinner, Caravan events like workshops, TED lectures, and masterminds. WiFi, cleaning.
Yes, it’s possible if you tell us about it 2 weeks in advance.
If you want to return the payment 1 month before the Caravan, we return 100% of the prepayment and give you an opportunity to use the prepayment for another retreat later. If you want to return the prepayment 2−4 weeks before the Caravan, you get a 50% return or you can use it for another retreat later. If it happens less than 2 weeks before the Caravan, we don’t return the prepayment because we can’t find another new participant.
Caravansary isn’t just about a comfortable house in another country. Its core is meaningful connections that we create together. It helps you build your network, exchange professional and personal experience, improve soft skills both for your CV and life, and get new impressions to recharge yourself emotionally.
Yes, our schedule is designed with full time remote workers in mind. Our common meetings happen in the mornings and evenings, and everything in between (from 10 am to 5−6 pm) is your time to get things done.
It’s possible, but it’s important to remember that Caravansary is not designed as a vacation. It’s an immersive, collaborative experience that helps you work on your goals while socializing with other remote workers. However, If you're currently studying online, are actively searching for a new job or are in a big transition in your life, or simply a photographer that has just started on creating a personal blog - that counts as a 'project' and you are more than welcome to join Caravansary Network.
Caravansary has a program and the idea is that the whole group arrives and leaves the house according to the schedule. This allows us to create an amazing group dynamic that we cherish. So the experience itself always takes two weeks. However you are more than welcome to book two Caravans in a row in a case when we have it scheduled. If you’d like to do so please mention it to our manager on the call or check with one of the facilitators during Caravan.
Yes, but they will need to apply separately and join a call with one of our team members as well (just like you).
Yes, we understand that hosting a getaway for remote workers amid a worldwide pandemic is not a stroll in the park. However, we’ve already hosted 50+ Caravans in 7 countries since July 2020 and are taking all the necessary precautions to make your trip as safe as possible.
