An unforgettable two-week 'shift' in your lives
The program of our two-week offsites is based on award-winning framework of 'Smena Station' that's been tested 200+ times on 2000+ remote workers from around the world.
This format is perfect for groups of 10-20 people, but has been tested on larger scale as well. Our schedule is a great balance of time to accomplish remote work and practice soft-skills at daily events held by 1-2 professional facilitators.
Two weeks offsite schedule
Well, one of its variations. We're always ready to create a bespoke experience based on the current goals of your group. Whether you want to concentrate on remote work in a beautiful setting or hold more collaborative community-building events - we've got you covered.
Only some of the events are described below! A lot of the instruments we use are applied 'on the spot' by our professional facilitators based on the group's dynamics.

Arrival day
In fact, the program starts about a week before everyone arrives. We start with connecting people in chats and on group calls through fun and elegant online games. So by the time everyone arrives the ice is already broken.

Monday
An easy day begins with a communal breakfast and acquaintance with the villa. In the evening - the official opening of our two-week session. It includes a short informal intro and a goal-setting and synchronization technique called "Dragon Dreaming".

Tuesday
A day full of remote work begins with yoga on the veranda at 8 am, flows seamlessly into a communal breakfast with a discussion of plans for the day while people slowly transition into work-mode starting 10 am
The evening starts with "Self-presentations" where each member can talk about themselves, their skills, hobbies or project for 3 minutes. Two minutes are given for questions.

Wednesday
"Dinner with Values" is our 'event of the day'. A short session of employees+founders+facilitators that allows you to discover the company's values in a creative format and find out how they land with our team members. Sets the right mood for the rest of the week. Usually held over breakfast, which is prepared by a (randomly generated) pair of residents.

Thursday
In the morning, a stroll along the sea. At breakfast, we do "Check-ins". An elegant and powerful reflection technique to help the group stay in sync and allows each participant to be heard. The evening ends with "One on One" where you can get to know your colleagues through several sets of philosophical questions that people answer in pairs.

Friday
Mastermind groups: A proven tool that allows small groups to throw out ideas to address professional and personal struggles. We can set topics or directions to solve a current company goal. We can turn it into a personal mastermind for each employee so that colleagues can help solve their problems, which will form a closer bond in the team.

Compulsary day-off
That's right. After all, in order to do a good job, you have to have a good rest. A digital detox and a joint hike in the mountains with a picnic and a "100 Questions to Become Friends" technique.

Sunday
A free day for personal errands and quiet time. For those who want to explore the surrounding cities and attractions, our facilitator will prepare a guide on where to go and what to do.

Monday
Evening: Three 20-minute lectures in a 'TED style' format by team members. On the one hand, it allows us to learn more about a topic of our interest, and on the other hand, it improves group dynamics through the practice of "giving" and sharing knowledge from one colleague to another.

Tuesday
Mastermind groups: A proven tool that allows small groups to throw out ideas to address professional and personal struggles. We can set topics or directions to solve a current company goal. We can turn it into a personal mastermind for each employee so that colleagues can help solve their problems, which will form a closer bond in the team.

Wednesday
Yoga, breakfast, check-in.
Productive work. Another batch of interesting workshops or TED lectures and evening contemplation of the sky full of stars together with those who are no longer just colleagues, but already good friends.

Thursday
During breakfast, we'll hold Information Out, a hotseat-style event where one of the participants is asked questions from other members of the group. Allows you to better uncover the person with whom your other teammates are about to change the world.

Friday
Sessions closing. The catharsis of our two weeks together culminates in vivid and profound rituals and the practice of thanking one another. An incredibly unifying event that is collected from the ideas of each of the participants. And, of course, dancing and singing under the stars.

Departure day
Bitter tears are replaced by joyful laughter because you just spent two of the most unforgettable weeks of your team's life.
