IN THE MORNING AND EVENING, WE HAVE A CO-CREATED PROGRAM TO LEARN MORE ABOUT EACH OTHER AND OURSELVES. IN THE AFTERNOON EVERYONE HAS TIME TO WORK, SOCIALIZE OR HAVE FUN.

We believe that each experience gets better if it’s not forced but organized together. That’s why our lineup is always co-created by all the participants. There’s always much space for meaningful communication — both face to face and in a group.

Just imagine: yoga or jogging in the morning, TED lectures in the evening, and on Saturdays — hiking together or crazy surfing. Be sure that during a Caravan retreat you’ll take part in a dozen unforgettable events.

What to expect

WHO CARAVANERS ARE

Caravansary is people. Our retreats are made up of remote workers, freelancers and enterpreneurs from all over the world who passed an online interview with members of our team. It means that in a 2-week retreat you will meet 8−12 people with the same values and outlook. The age is usually from 25 to 35. We don’t limit any professions, from IT to any creative once. Bright eyes, open hearts and positive jokes are always here!

Our location

CARAVAN oN Bali

A fairytale in real life, a wonderful island covered with emerald rice fields and forests of cloves and cinnamon trees full of fragrant flowers.

Our villa is located in Ubud. And you can still go surfing. A surfing season is open on Sanur from October till April.

There are plenty of exotic fruits and tasty vegetables in bright bazaars. The local cuisine features many vegetarian dishes.

A huge villa with a garden buried in the greenery, located in a jungle oasis along an unspoiled river. You will want to stay here because in addition to the usual kitchen, living room and work space we offer 8 comfortable bungalows with separate showers and toilets.

The grounds include a swimming pool, gazebo next to a fish pond, space for a campfire and a canopy for yoga and sports.

The villa is 15 minutes south of the center of Ubud in the village of Sukawati, home to one of Bali’s largest art markets. Karamas beach is 10 minutes away, Denpasar is 30 minutes away.
