HOW CARVANSARY WORKS
people
We personally interview each new remote worker and digital nomad that joins us to know that you and your fellow caravaners' values are aligned. We’re adventurous, young at heart and at the same time responsible for being on track with our work.
COWORKING
Each of our houses has several coworking zones with enough WiFi for everyone. You can work together with your mates or find a quiet spot to make an important call.
EXPERIENCE
We believe that each experience gets better if it’s not forced but organized together. That’s why our lineup is always co-created by all the participants. There’s always much space for meaningful communication — both face to face and in a group.

WHO CARAVANERS ARE
Digital nomads and wannabes
Some of the caravaners coming to our retreat are experienced digital nomads — they know how to travel and continue working on their projects from any part in the world. Often digital nomad life starts by joining our two-week retreats because Caravansary is a place where you can try and decide whether this path suits you. And our community helps by showing a way to it and sharing experiences.
Remote workers
Non-classic nomads but those who can work remotely and who are looking for new experiences, reboot without taking a break from work and soft-skills developing. Our retreat opens new perspectives, gives emotions and connections with people who have similar life values.
Freelancers & Entrepreneurs
Self-made ambitious hard workers who value their time. They come to Caravansary for networking, new ideas and inspiration. They got knowledge and experience exchange on retreats and afterwards — as you stay in the community after the retreat itself.
What to expect
Instruments we use in retreats
Check-in
Participants share their feelings and emotions to be on the same wavelength. It is a useful habit for personal growth and consciousness.
Work-life balance
To slow down and enjoy life, we postpone all working tasks from the sunset on Friday to the one on Saturday and go together on a journey and discover new places.
MasterMind
This is a power of collective intellectual effort of Caravaners to overcome difficulties and get a new fresh look at the projects of each participant.
Coliving and dinners
Enjoy living together with people who share your values and become a team.
Lectures
This is for exchanging knowledge in the community. The best things in our life are not for sale, but we can get them for free as a gift from others.
Self-presentation
We give 3 minutes for an elevator pitch of your projects and 2 minutes for questions from other participants.
Dragon Dreaming
It is for making wishes for the Caravan so that after it you will say: ‘It was the time of my life!'
Setting goals
This is a tool for setting and achieving goals for the retreat, a quarter of the year, a year / 5 / 10 years.

How it works
3 simple steps to join
1
First step
If you already like what you’ve just read — you have passed the first step.

We believe that you’ll fit our community if you share the value of people and network. And we always welcome those who are willing to share their experience on a retreat in the form of a workshop or lecture.
2
Get-to-know call with our team
We’re great fans of new technologies but there’s something we can’t delegate to AI. After a potential participant fills the application form, we arrange to have a coffee together in Zoom and meet each other!
3
Payment and taking part in the retreat
Book your spot and embark on an adventure with a team of inspiring caravaners.

FAQ
How tight is the schedule? Will I have free time?
Yes. We build a program together depending on the needs and schedules of participants. But if you need more free time, we’ll find it for you.
Who will be there on a Caravan? Who are these people?
Our community is made of open people looking for meaningful connections, interested in various activities and spheres of life, and keen on adventures. These people are ready to share their experiences and take an active part in events — IT specialists, bloggers, experts, artists, designers, psychologists, and many others. Each Caravan is unique because of the people who join it.
What’s included in the price?
Accommodation for 2 weeks, the first common dinner, Caravan events like workshops, TED lectures, and masterminds. WiFi, cleaning.
I’ve booked a place with a 50% prepayment, but now I want to join another Caravan. Can I do it?
Yes, it’s possible if you tell us about it 2 weeks in advance.
How does the return policy work?
If you want to return the payment 1 month before the Caravan, we return 100% of the prepayment and give you an opportunity to use the prepayment for another retreat later. If you want to return the prepayment 2−4 weeks before the Caravan, you get a 50% return or you can use it for another retreat later. If it happens less than 2 weeks before the Caravan, we don’t return the prepayment because we can’t find another new participant.
I can rent a house myself. Why do I need to go to Caravansary?
Caravansary isn’t just about a comfortable house in another country. Its core is meaningful connections that we create together. It helps you build your network, exchange professional and personal experience, improve soft skills both for your CV and life, and get new impressions to recharge yourself emotionally.
Will I be able to work full time during the session?
Yes, our schedule is designed with full time remote workers in mind. Our common meetings happen in the mornings and evenings, and everything in between (from 10 am to 5−6 pm) is your time to get things done.
Can I join caravansary if I don’t work remotely or have my own project?
It’s possible, but it’s important to remember that Caravansary is not designed as a vacation. It’s an immersive, collaborative experience that helps you work on your goals while socializing with other remote workers. However, If you're currently studying online, are actively searching for a new job or are in a big transition in your life, or simply a photographer that has just started on creating a personal blog - that counts as a 'project' and you are more than welcome to join Caravansary Network.
Is it possible to stay for a shorter/ longer period?
Caravansary has a program and the idea is that the whole group arrives and leaves the house according to the schedule. This allows us to create an amazing group dynamic that we cherish. So the experience itself always takes two weeks. However you are more than welcome to book two Caravans in a row in a case when we have it scheduled. If you’d like to do so please mention it to our manager on the call or check with one of the facilitators during Caravan.
Can I come with a friend / relative/ partner?
Yes, but they will need to apply separately and join a call with one of our team members as well (just like you).
do you have covid-19 protocols in place?
Yes, we understand that hosting a getaway for remote workers amid a worldwide pandemic is not a stroll in the park. However, we’ve already hosted 50+ Caravans in 7 countries since July 2020 and are taking all the necessary precautions to make your trip as safe as possible.

We’re kindly asking everyone who is coming to start observing their health 10 days before arrival
